Google has announced Google+ which is a new kind of social networking and most likely to aim Facebook's popularity. Before Google+ Google has taken several attempts to mark their presence in Social Networking domain with Google Wave, Google Buzz and Orkut but none of these gained as much popularity Facebook and Twitter possesses.
The new network app consists of five basic components: Circles, Sparks, Hangouts, Instant Uploads and Huddle. Obviously, you will require a Google profile to connect to it. Feature wise Google+ is a mix of all popular social networking available today.
