Keytweak is a free keyboard re-mapper software for Windows which lets you re map keyboard keys as per your choice. For example, if you have an old keyboard in which Windows keys are not present. You can use this utility to map any unused keys(ex. scroll lock) to work it as Windows Keys. It also allows you to remap special buttons (ex. Volume Buttons).
