SynContact is a free software which can be used to Synchronize contacts between Outlook 2007 and multiple Gmail accounts. Once you install it, add your gmail target accounts via Tools>Contact Synchorinzation>Sync Settings. Use "Sync Now" to do the contact sync. Additionally there is Resolve Duplicate option to remove duplicates.

Broken download link. I think they sell this now, instead of distributing it free.
