How to Sync Windows XP or Vista Address Book With iPhone

You can use iTunes to sync your contacts from Windows Address Book to any iPhone or iPod with a display screen.

To configure iTunes to sync contacts to your iPod:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Connect your iPod and wait for it to appear in the iTunes Source pane.
3. In the Source pane under Devices select your iPod. This displays the iPods Preferences.
4. Click the Contacts tab.
5. Click the Contacts tab under the iPod tab.
6. Select the "Synchronize contacts from" checkbox.
7. From the menu, choose the program Windows Address Book that contains the contacts you want to sync with your iPod.
8. Click Apply.

Same way you can select other options like "Google Contacts" or "Yahoo Address Book"  or "Outlook" to Sync Up your contacts are available in any of these contact lists.
